My Social Media Pet Peeve
There is way too much negativity in the world and the last thing I want to see on my down time (scrolling through social media) is all the things you dislike about YOUR world.
It is my belief we should speak to the positive as much as possible. For example, if you're in the dating scene, instead of telling people what you don't want in a partner and talking badly about the past person(s) you dated, speak about what you're looking for - where you put your attention is what you will attract. If you're looking for new employment, here again, speak about what you do want in your next position and what that looks like to you. I can go on an on about examples here, but you get my point!
What you put out into the universe is what comes back - when you talk so nasty and hateful, that is exactly what will come back to you. As you can imagine, my Facebook "friends list" is getting smaller every day, but I control what I can!

PEACE OUT!

Hi Heide, I totally agree with everything you've said. Wouldn't it be great if everyone tried to do that - what a great place the world would be then.
ReplyDeleteHave a really lovely and peaceful week.
You know I agree with you...I rarely post anything controversial but often share positive things.
