Long Distance Family
I have family that I've never met (on my father's side), but we found each other and keep in touch through Facebook - my 2nd and 3rd cousins. They live in Duisburg, Germany. Hoping some day soon to get over there for a visit or possibly meet somewhere between!
Benjamin (with the aqua blue shirt) is a physical therapist and specializes in hand therapy. Haris (in the red hat) works for a shipping company and handles logistics. Their mom and dad own a mediterranean restaurant (which happens to be my favorite food next to Mexican).
Here's to family we've never met, but LOVE DEARLY!
That is wonderful. As bad a rap as facebook gets it has really done some wonderful things for bringing people together.

DeleteI LOVE Facebook for helping me to keep in touch with people. Without it, I would feel so out of touch with what is going on in some relatives lives. With it, I know who had babies, who bought a new house, how grown the kids are now, and so much more. Well done, getting to know your far away relatives!
