In addition to all the memories over the last year, I have also indulged in my share of junk food. As I turn 49 this month, my goal (over the next 12 months) will be getting a handle on my eating habits and making better food choices. To me, comfort food is like getting one big HUG!

ReplyDeleteI guess it's really popular in New Zealand. They are mini pancakes with chocolate and the bavarian cream sauce on top. So simple, yet so delish!
