Last June I had the opportunity to meet Shilo Harris, talk about humbling! Shilo was enlisted in the Army, stationed in Iraq when his Humvee was struck by an IED. He sustained severe injuries that would alter the course of his life. He has a book out called, Steel Will. If you're looking for a great book to read, this is the one to get!

I think Humbled is a perfect title for this post.I am so often humbled and amazed by the strength and power these people find within themselves to make the world just a little but better. I will look for his book thanks.

I hope you do read the book! He is also on Facebook and is involved in many wonderful things to support Veterans - It's called "Boundless Spirit International"
